What You Need to Know Before We Start

Do you offer free concept design?

Yes — the first concept design is free.

We usually provide one initial uniform concept for free so you can see the direction before committing. If you do not proceed, there is no charge for this step.

What does the detailed design fee cover?

Detailed design is usually ¥500 per style.

It includes refined drawings, fabric/color direction, construction notes and up to 3 rounds of revisions.

If you later place a bulk order with us, this fee can be refunded/credited against the bulk order.

How much does a physical sample cost?

A physical sample is typically charged at 2× the estimated bulk unit price.

The sample lets you check fabric, fit, color, logo placement and workmanship before bulk production.

Sample cost can also be credited back when you confirm the bulk order within the valid period.

Are design and sample costs refundable?

Yes — if you place a bulk order within 90 days.

Design fees and sample costs can be credited/refunded against your bulk order.

For example: if your bulk order is ¥39,000, previously paid design/sample costs such as ¥1,000 or ¥13,000 can be offset accordingly, depending on the actual costs and order terms.

What do I need to prepare before we start?

The more information you provide, the faster we can move from concept to sample and bulk.

What is the usual sampling and bulk timeline?

Sampling usually takes 7–15 working days after design confirmation and material selection.

Bulk production time depends on quantity, fabric and craft, and will be confirmed in the quotation.

Rush orders may be available with additional cost.

How long is the quotation and credit valid?

Quotations and cost-credit terms are normally valid for 90 days.

Bulk pricing, fabric availability and sample costs may change after that.

To keep the same terms, we recommend confirming design and placing the bulk order within 90 days.

How many revisions are included?

Three revision rounds are included for the detailed design stage.

Extra revisions are usually ¥150 per round.

Major changes — such as new style direction, different fabric system, extra logo applications — may be quoted separately.

Who owns the design after payment?

Once design and sampling fees are fully paid/settled with a bulk order, the approved design belongs to the client.

We will not resell or reuse your approved uniform design for competitors.

Unpaid concepts or rejected directions remain our property.
